    After reading other reviews,I find that I am not the only one thats experienced poor customer service with this company. I bought, what was supose to be, a new Gigabyte motherboard. When it came it had a Foxxcon CPU spacer on it and several bent pins on the CPU socket. The board would not post at all. I returned it with an RMA. After almost 20 days back in their posession, I had to call them for an update. They told me nothing was wrong with the board and they were shipping it back. I told them I wanted a refund, and they told me the RMA department said the baord had screw marks all over it and it could not be refunded. I know this is a lie as I never screwed the board down before testing it. Told them if they shipped it back to me I would refuse the shippment and if they wouldnt refund my money I was calling VISA and would get the refund one way or another. The test of a good company is how they treat the customer AFTER the sale. EWiz FAILS that test!
