Buyer Beware! These folks are very misleading in their merchandise. Customer service is almost non-existent with hefty fees and re-stocking charges, even when Compudirect is at fault for errors...I suggest you spend a couple bucks more and go to a more reputable merchant. On another note, never use Paypal to pay these guys and they are protecting each other while ripping you off.

I ordered a custom computer from them, as well as their pre test and assembly service. When my machine arrived, not all the parts were what I had ordered or paid for. After contacting the company, I was told to order more parts to make up for what I was lacking. All my communications with the company since have been ignored.Since then, the parts I received from them have been failing, and despite their "Year Warranty", I have not been replied to by anyone from their company after multiple attempts. There should be a manufacturers warranty as well, but I dont know the make and model of the parts Im in possession of.I am so frustrated with them I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT do business with this company.

Their website is extremely easy to use, the shipping is great, and they gaurentee 24-72 hours of burn in. Great service, Id order from them again, and likely will for my next computer.

When I received no notification of shipment, I called the Merchant and was told my order would ship that day _ a Thursday. I called again on Monday, and was told the item was shipping that day, and that "our shipping department was closed last week." The Logitech keyboard and mouse appear to be satisfactory products, but I received a package with an installation guide in Chinese or Japanese, rather than English, so I had to seek help from Logitech to install the new products.

Paid for a new Samsung 19" LCD monitor, was shipped a used/refurbished unit that was missing the correct packing, instructions, no warranty cards etc.. had open cables all just tossed in the box...oh and amazingly the date code was mysteriously erased from the tag on the unit...Do you think they know why?? I dont qualify for the $30 rebate that Samsung offered on the unit either. I hope they realize that owe me some help here. I am out $30 on the unit (compared to a refurb) no factory warranty, and out another $30 on the rebate...I could not possibly advise anybody to buy from them.
