    I ordered laserjet 3052. I was very happy to know how soon entercomputer.com confirmed my order and as soon as the item was sent,which was on the same day ordered I received a note letting me know that item has been sent. I checked the fedEx tracting # and found out that I would get my item in less than four days. Sure enough it was there on time!The customer service was prompt and fast to acknowledge my order and explained to me what I expect. Would be a customer again for sure.Thanks

    NO follow up at all by company. All they had to do was advise me that item was not in stock. Instead, they ignored me. Would advise everyone to avoid using this company.

    I ordered a New HP 3610 All-In-One Printer, and I received a Used printer in a brown box without any protecting packaging inside, and with several items like: USB cable, Black ink cartridge missing. Shame on you EnterComputers, I will repackage it with more care than you did, and I will sand it back to you, but dont you dare sell it again as a new Printer.
